Additional Benefits ECCENTRIC STRENGTH

Additional benefits training with Eccentric Strength flywheel equipment

High intensity heavy loading training with conventional gravity based weight training will work the muscles primarily in the concentric shortening phase of the exercise and therefore lead to shortening, post workout soreness and stiffness.

High intensity heavy load training with Eccentric Strength equipment will work on both concentric/shortening of the muscles, as well as eccentric/lengthening, therefore making the individual more flexible than before.

Post workout sensation after an Eccentric Strength workout is more of a total exhaustion, lacking the stiffness common after conventional weight training.

We have found that most people have a muscle or muscles they don’t know how to completely engage. When they train this muscle they do not feel the total activation or what, within bodybuilding, is called the “pump”. When training with Eccentric Strength equipment we find people being amazed by a total muscle and neurological activation they never experienced before, on their very first set.
